Uddingston Pride Christmas Open Day
Updated: Feb 2, 2019
Each year on the first Sunday of December, Uddingston Pride host an open day for the village. Main Street, Uddingston is closed off to traffic and stalls line is street selling Christmas crafts and food, there are dancing displays by the local dance schools and the school choirs singing Christmas carols and a certain jolly man dressed in red has been known to make an appearance.
Uddingston Craftbomb was delighted to have a stall this year at Wylie and Lochhead selling Christmas crafts, hot chocolate and home baking as well as providing the opportunity for the kids to make some Christmas decorations of their own.
Despite the wind and rain, the festive cheer won out and the day was a huge success.
We hope everyone who visited us on the day had a fun time. It's always such a great way to kick off the festive season in Uddingston.
